Sushi can be prepared in many different ways, mostly combined with ingredients like seafood, vegetables and vinegared rice. Inspired by Mondrian’s modern art work “Composition with Red Blue and Yellow”, I put proportionally all the ingredients in order, and simplified the form and color to create a modern color palette of sushi.
“切割的壽司”,旋轉壽司為了讓價位一目了然, 最為人知的印象即輸送軌道上各色各樣的圓盤,以此為發想表現日式壽司料理上講求的原味與新鮮,一如荷蘭風格派畫家蒙德理安的畫作,以此風格來呈現壽司形體及色彩的純粹與抽象,在爭鮮料理的表現上,則可讓食材透過簡單的比例分析,依比重大小排列出現,形成有趣的圖示圖像,另外食客們也可一目了然盤中食物的食材項目。
